The AthFest Music and Arts Festival (June 20-22, 2025) is a fundraiser for AthFest Educates, a nonprofit organization committed to sustaining and advancing music and arts education for K-12 youth in Athens Clarke County. The proceeds from the event fund the organization’s annual grant-making efforts.

Want to be a Vendor?
The vendor selection committee has compiled a list of preferred commercial and food vendors who are invited to sell their wares or food items at the festival. If you are a business based in Athens, GA and have not recently been a commercial or food vendor, you may submit an interest form.
Commercial Vendor: Cost for a 10′ x 10′ space is $650 and includes 110V/10A electrical outlet. Fill out the Commercial Vendor interest form here.
Food Vendor: Cost for a 10′ x 10′ space is $700 and a 10′ x 20′ space is $900. This includes one 110V/10A electrical outlet. Fill out the Food Vendor interest form here.
Submission of either interest form DOES NOT guarantee that you will be invited to operate a vendor booth at AthFest and does not obligate AthFest or its personnel in any way. Do not submit more than one form.
