Through therapy, self-reflection, and a conscious effort to be present, she began rebuilding her sense of self, ultimately scrapping earlier material to create Forever from scratch. The album reflects her renewed perspective, emphasizing the grounding power of love, the importance of living in the moment, and the realization that true fulfillment lies not in escape, but in embracing the life and relationships right in front of her.
