AthFest 2013 CD Submission Form

Submission deadline is March 15, 2013.

Athens, GA musicians only. Previously unreleased songs strongly encouraged. One song per submission form. This form allows submission of any music file type. Please note that if you upload an mp3 file, you must have a high quality audio file available if song is selected. Submission not considered without this completed form. Submission will not be returned.

Starting in 2013, AthFest will accept ONLY digital submissions.

Legal stuff: AthFest, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The mission of AthFest is to educate Athens citizens and visitors about music and the arts. By submitting your music, you will be considered for: AthFest Compilation Album, AthFest digital mixtape, and a possible music collection promoting the AthHalf Half Marathon. AthFest CDs are released to promote the annual festival. Proceeds from sales of the CDs and sales made as the result of electronic distribution of the album help raise money for AthFest, Inc's year-round educational efforts. I hereby grant AthFest, Inc. the non-exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute and sell an AthFest 2013 CD and/or a digital-only AthFest 2013 Volume Two featuring the song listed above. The term of the agreement is five years and will renew automatically in one year intervals unless AthFest is notified in writing otherwise. I further grant AthFest the non-exclusive rights for electronic distribution via online sources, which include the rights to sell the song individually. I do not require AthFest to pay any licensing fees, mechanical royalties or royalties on sales of the CDs or sales via electronic distribution. I am authorized and have the right to grant AthFest this permission. I have completed this submission form with true and accurate information.
